So it’s been a long damp, dark and wet Easter break and it’s so great to get back to seeing my lovely clients. Bring on the sun…we miss you. Which brings me to a bright and sunny client the other day who asked in one of our sessions ‘What is health’? Love it!

Is ‘health’ simply the absence of disease?


Dealing with ‘health’ in all its forms on a daily occurrence got me thinking.

There are different levels of health as I see it daily. But what determines your health?

By looking at what health means to the individual, I found that I can manage a clients expectation better and achieve great changes in their health when they understand how their current health has come about.

To me, health is a balance of equilibrium which means that internally, externally and spiritually all elements are balanced.

Pretty damn hard to achieve in this day and age with all the chemicals, EMF radiation, GMO to be general. But if we strive for the best health possible for us individually, we can have a better life.

It’s about understanding how you have arrived at your current state of health. What your experiences, your diet, your environment and your life so far has created for you.

My observations to our current state of health are mirrored by our personal environment reflecting back on us, internally, externally and spiritually. Health is essentially our harmony within the world.

So I ask my clients. What are you aiming for? What is your motivation? What do you want to achieve in this life? How can I help you achieve your goal?
