Lunch and supper clubs are back…….fancy hosting?

With so much information out there on diets, super foods and all manner of celebrity endorsing this and that. You’d be forgiven for being a tad confused on what you should and shouldn’t eat. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut with food, so it’s important to learn new ways of cooking and preparing it.

Well fear not, help is at hand. A great excuse to get some friends together and learn some simple practical tips and advice on eating for health. Hosting a lunch or supper club is the perfect way to get savvy with food, help with recipes, lunch box ideas, healthy tips and best of all what works for you. With tailored menu planning for your event, I come and show you how. Simple, healthy and guilt-free.

It’s the perfect way to have some fun with friends and learn some life changing skills. As a thank you for hosting, the host receives a 25 minute allergy testing consult. Great to pinpoint trigger foods that descend your energy.

Example Menu – Antioxidant rich and high protein

Buckwheat and sesame crackers with tangy nourishing herb dip  (also great with hummus)

Protein packed super seasonal salad  (This isn’t any ordinary salad)

Spiced apple and ginger loaf   (perfect for an after dinner uplift or a simple slice with morning tea), catering for all your needs GF/DF/V/WF/Ve
