This is a serious free radical destroyer with spirulina, maca, kale, half an apple and a blueberry punch.

Kale

A cup of kale weighs in at roughly 30 calories and it contains about 3 grams of protein
and nearly 2.5 grams of fibre. It’s high in folate, vitamin B, A, C, K , Alpha-linolenic acid and a small amount of omega-3 fatty acid.
Lutein and zeaxanthin nutrients that give kale its deep, dark green colouring help protect against macular degeneration and cataracts.

It’s also packed with minerals including phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and zinc.

Maca

Maca is rich vitamins B, C, and E. It provides a good amount of calcium, zinc and iron too. It is also widely used to promote sexual function of both men and women and may boost your libido and can increases endurance!

Great for balancing your hormones and increases fertility so useful if you are trying to conceive.

Maca can also relieves menstrual problems and menopause issues such as cramps, body pain, hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, and depression. If you are pregnant or lactating you should avoid taking maca.

Blueberries

These luscious juicy gems are a fab source of antioxidants. Blueberries contain 80 calories per serving, which is about one cup. They are high in fibre with 3.6 grams per serving.

Blueberries also have great vitamin and mineral content, including vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese, making them a good choice to help meet your nutrient needs.

Spirulina

Spirulina has more than 65% protein. High in amino acids including the very important essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA) known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

It contains all essential amino acids, omega 3-,6 and 9s and is especially high in Omega-3s.
Spirulina is also extremely high in Chlorophyll, which helps remove toxins from the blood and boost the immune system.

Add to your blender

One cup of kale

Half an apple

One cup of blueberries

2 teaspoons of maca powder

2 teaspoons of spirulina powder

1cup of filtered H2O

Blend and consume. Delicious!
