oat loaf

This is the most simple, yet tasty loaf you’ll ever make.

Just 4 ingredients, hardly any mixing and pop in a lined loaf tin and you’re done. You can put it together in 2 minutes no problem.

Method

Add 1 large pot of natural yogurt to a large bowl (we use sheep)

Using the yogurt container as a measure, fill with oats twice and add to yogurt

Add a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and a pinch grey salt (like Celtic)

Combine and pop in a lined loaf tin and level out.

In the oven for 30 mins or until cooked.

You can easily add herbs, fruit, spices, nuts and seeds. Just make sure the total dry ingredients is in ratio.

1 pot of yogurt = 2 pots of dry.

Perfect and delicious, have break from the gluten and fab if you’ve run out of bread.

We added 1/4 sunflower seeds and sprinkled some on top before baking adds great texture and their an excellent source of Vitamin E and Copper.

Enjoy. x
