You may wonder how heavy metals get into the body; well simply through vaccination, dental fillings, farming chemicals, industrial and car pollution, fish, other food sources.

Children and babies susceptibility

New born babies seem the most susceptible to traumatic brain damage from heavy metals. They have yet to properly develop their blood-brain barrier protection and are generally subjected to an intense vaccinations program that injects mercury directly into their body. In babies with a genetic susceptibility, prenatal and early postnatal exposure to mercury can lead to neurological damage resulting in autistic symptoms.

Causative Effect

The toxic effects of mercury can cause a broad spectrum of brain-related diseases including autism, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, parkinson’s disease and neurodevelopmental diseases and alzheimer’s. So a wise move would be to avoid flu shots and any form of vaccination as they usually contain mercury or aluminium of some kind. Fish and seafood is another source of heavy metal, so it worth knowing your source and limiting fish like swordfish which has shown to have high levels of heavy metals.

So how can you get rid of heavy metals in the body safely?

You need to detoxify to get them to release from the body in the first place. The best way I find is to use bentonite clay, a very simple and effective way to remove heavy metals and chemical contaminants from the surface tissue of the body.

Mixing bentonite clay with water creates a large negatively charged surface area. In a warm bath the water opens up the pores of the skin, and the positively charged toxic particles are drawn through the pores of the skin and absorbed into the clay. Bentonite clay can absorb a large amount of its own weight in toxins.

Using a trusted source is vital as you could be adding to the problem otherwise as many products contain nasty fillers or are completely fake!

Taking antioxidants daily will help to combat the strain that heavy metals put on the body. These are good to take anyway. I always take Zinc 15mg, Selenium 200mcg, magnesium 400mg vitamin C between 2000 and 6000mg depending on what I need. I would also consider taking either Spriulina or Vital Twelve as this will help maintain good immunity and reduce inflammation.
